Innovative Applied Sciences Chairman Appeared on the News Hour

Jim Wilfong, Chairman of the Board of Innovative Applied Science appeared on the PBS News Hour with Jim Lehrer, originally aired in August of 2008. Mr. Wilfong was interviewed about the groundwater issues facing Maine and the Nation by a News Hour team from Colorado.

"Who will own and control our groundwater resources will be one of the most important issues facing my state of Maine and our country" said Wilfong at a recent citizens meeting in Newfield, Maine. "Maine may not be a Saudi Arabia for water but it is at least an Alaska or Texas. Water is the oil of this century."

"What is needed immediately is a fair, open and transparent discussion concerning all of the; community, cultural, economic and environmental issues surrounding water and our citizens", remarked Wilfong. "The people must act. Remember those who control water control people."

Innovative Applied Sciences is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business [SDVOB]. It is a team member of the Pen-bay Media Veterans Government Wide Acquisition Contract [VetsGWAC] for information technology. It has offices in Maine, Massachusetts and New York.
